DECA DURABOLIN
Generic Name: Nandrolone
Medical Use:
Deca Durabolin is the brand name for a version of Nandrolone manufactured by Dutch company N.V. Organon. It was first developed in the Netherlands in the 1930's as a medicine for the treatment of severe medical conditions including certain forms of severe anaemia, osteporosis in elderly men and breast cancer in women. Today it is commonly used to combat the muscle wasting effects of the HIV virus.
Directions for Use: Deca Durabolin should only be taken under a doctor’s supervision and requires administration by intramuscular (IM) injection which should be done in the Gluteal posterior lateral area. Never exceed the prescribed dosage. Do NOT take this medication if you are pregnant or nursing. If you are diabetic check your blood glucose levels closely. This medication should never be taken by those under the age of 18 unless prescribed and supervised by a registered physician.
Side Effects: Introduction of Nandrolone to the system may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Short term use can result in stimulation of body hair growth, accelerated baldness, deepening of the voice, loss of libido and impotence (abuse of this drug can result in sexual dysfunction). Emotional effects can include excitation, disorientation and general confusion. Users also frequently experience insomnia. Edema of the ankles and fingers is common, as is water retention. Gynecomastia, numbness, inhibited natural testosterone production, elevated blood pressure; elevated blood lipid profiles and acne are further possible side effects. In addition, deca durabolin use by pregnant or lactating women can lead to serious fetal abnormalities. Use by teenagers can result in the early fusion epiphyseal plates, resulting in stunted growth.
